The Babysitter (1980) - This film was a 1980 movie starring William Shatner, of course. Liz Benedict, an overprotective mother to Tara, a lonely pre-teen girl, becomes acquainted with an 18 year-old orphan, Joanna Redwine. She likes her and decides to take her on as a housekeepr and a live-in babysitter for Tara. Liz's husband Jeff is apprehensive about inviting a stranger to live in their home. Sometimes father knows best! I equate this movie to being similar to Poison Ivy, you know the film with Drew Barrymore and Tom Skerrit???
