Frankenstein Island - Full Length Movie (1981)

Well, John Carradine is in this film, but it looks absolutely ridiculous.  Anyway, I've never seen it so I am probably going to watch and critique anyhow.

The plot via IMDB:  When a hot-air balloon crashes on a remote island, the crew discovers Dr. Frankenstein's ancestor carrying on the family work, along with a race of mutants and a population of Amazons.

You can watch this piece of crap, I think, I'll get back to you on that, below! Who's a moody b*tch today, oh yeah, that's right <<<<<< me! Sinus headache, but yeah, suck on this, I guess!

House of Forbidden Secrets - Review & Trailer

I just got finished watching Todd Sheets' House of Forbidden Secrets.  This indie flick had fantastic cinematography and I really felt like I was going back in time during certain scenes, but I also felt the stone cold presence of the present time simultaneously during this film.   The music certainly sets the mood with its creepy and hauntingly beautiful melodies and chants.

The contemporary meets the era past for a well-blended understanding of what is going on in the film at present time.  The plot unfolds slowly, with the element of surprise and suspense fully in tact to the amazement of the viewer.  You really have no idea what is going on at first and the story fluidly builds up to a climactic ending.

If you are into watching unique indie flicks or any horror flicks with a unique story-line, fun gore, and natural characters, House of Forbidden Secrets is a choice film for your viewing pleasure.

Horror You May Have Not Seen - Watch Free!

Silent Night, Bloody Night (1972) - very classic retro horror slasher flick--takes place in a mansion that is a former asylum which a man has inherited and goes to investigate with his wife on Christmas Eve. I saw this when I was little, but I don't remember it well so I may watch later. Bookmark! It takes place in sort of a fake Salem, Massachusetts "esque" town.

Braniac (2004) - Brain chemistry research produced a drug called Nirvana that wipes out addiction and mental illness by stimulating pleasure centers in the brain and flooding the brain with endorphins. PsyMax Labs is about to release Nirvana, but suddenly things go awry.  The drug causes drastic genetic changes, switching on dormant genes to produce BRAINIAC, a creature whose need for the brain's pleasure chemicals causes it to begin eating human brains.

Scared Stiff Reviews reviewed the film and you can read their review here!

Holy crap!  Is he going poop?  Or she, excuse me, maybe the monster that lives inside this guy is a girl.

The Abomination (1986) -A young man goes on a killing spree to feed a monster living inside him.

This looks promising.  I have not seen this flick or Braniac.  I will be watching them soon and I will let you know or feel free to ask me on Facebook or comment below in the comment box if you feel the inclination.
